I have to say that I am extremely happy that we found Jeff. We could not have asked for a better realtor. When we were in the market for our first house he took our input and took the time to find a place that fit us perfectly. The place we bought was not even the type of home that we initially were looking for, but he really valued our input and suggested places that we might enjoy and in the end found us a great place. He treats his clients as if they were family, which makes you fell comfortable when making your final decision on buying a home easier b/c you know he just isn't trying to make money but really looking out for your best interest. He spent a lot of time with us looking at different places and we did not feel rushed in a decision at all. This was not the case with past realtors, as we always seemed pressured to put in an offer. When you are with him he truly treats you like you are his only client, no matter how long it takes, or how many questions you ask. He is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile for his clients. He is very knowledgeable of the business and explains things very well if we ever had a question. One thing we love about Jeff is that after we bought our house he still continued the relationship with us. He is always available to answer your questions and make suggestions, on everything from what type of paint you want to use on your ceiling, to what contractor will be ideal to work on your AC unit, to getting you in contact with a finance person if you were thinking about refinancing. He basically, just makes everything easier. We recently were in the market to rent our condo out. Being responsible for renting a home for the first time is pretty stressful, but Jeff and his team made the entire process easy and stress free. Since we are not in the area anymore, he even offered to perform the yearly inspection for us. We definitely plan on using Jeff's services whenever we are in the market for a new home, are ready to sell or rent our current home, or anything related....... Or not related for that matter. He was communicating well with the agents from the other parties, creating much good will between all sides, which really made the whole process much easier. My husband and I received personal attention and were in communication with Jeff daily. We knew that Jeff did not help us only for our business since he is a well-established principal broker, but he aims to repair any negative perception of realtors that may discourage folks from working with them, and he is in it to build good relationships, and generally improve the real estate industry. Also, Jeff has a wide network; he has built many vital relationships with mortgage lenders, contractors, home insurance carriers, home inspectors, title companies, attorneys, you name it. His referrals are always top-notch, ethical, and trustworthy. He has experience in the construction world and knows how to fix big or small issues and guides you if you ever need to do it on your own. Jeff is awesome. He helped me buy a townhouse and sell my condo. He was very patient, as it took me a while (months) to find a townhouse. He was quick to respond when I had questions or wanted to see a house. My condo got an offer in a day and he worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly, even with a difficult buyer. I can't speak highly enough about the experience I had with Jeff. I got his card from a friend and called him up, totally out of the blue and during dinner hours. I was interested in a foreclosure and didn't know much about the home buying process with regard to foreclosure/REO. Without hesitation, he spent 45 minutes on the phone with me, explaining to me how it worked buying a home already in foreclosure and agreed to help me out any way he could. Two and a half months later, I had the house. During that time, Jeff walked me through the entire process, to include looking at nearly a dozen other homes just so I was sure I knew what the market had to offer and not just settle on the first home I saw. We had to sell my mother's townhouse. Jeff told my husband and I exactly what we needed to do in order to sell. He said the house was going to sell fast. He was right. It went under contract within 24 hours of listing. At the same time, we were in the process of finding/purchasing a home. He found the perfect house for us.
