Niko Argeres

Niko heped us buy our dream home and sell our old home. We purchased our home an hour away from our old home and he was always able to meet us. Niko is part realitor, part marraoge counselor and great negotiator. We now consider him a friend. Niko is honest and you feel like he is doing the best for you. Other realitors we had in the past, we did most of the leg work and had to find our own broker, inspector but Niko helped with all of this. Its very stressful to have two home loans at once and my husband wanted to drop the price the first week, we argued alot and the stress of two mortgage was making him very worried. Niko was able to reassure him and we were able to get ourhouse sold quickly.
