Early on in Anne’s upbringing, her Norwegian-born father instilled a true discipline for success in selling real estate. Before developing and staging homes became popular, Anne’s parents bought land, built houses and sold them for profit. Anne vividly recalls attending open houses with her parents, and learning property evaluation, different construction techniques and interior design. This childhood experience grew into a lifelong passion for real estate, which she now shares with her clients. Anne enjoys finding prime properties for her customers regardless of their price range. She also subscribes to the theory that “a deal is not good unless both sides feel that the transaction was fair.” Because of that philosophy, Anne has earned an outstanding reputation for her fairness, integrity and respectful treatment of buyers and sellers alike.
