- Phillip listed and sold my home
We were extremely satisfied with Phil and Stella Ralph. We had been noticing who seemed to be selling the most homes in our neighborhood for the last few years, and Phil and Stella seemed to always be there. Phil and Stella were very helpful in advising us in what needed to be done (at minimal cost) to get our house ready to sell, and coordinating every thing that needed to be done. And in 5 days on the market, it was sold at above asking price!! We couldn't be any happier. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in the Silicon Valley area.
